2 Fishing Lakes in Haute Vienne
This pair of lakes are on the edge of a small village called Lastours in the Haute Vienne.
They are surrounded by woodland and both have access all around them. There is also
a chalet which overlooks one of the lakes and at one time was fed by well water but I
believe that the pipe has been damaged and not repaired since, although I do think
that it could be a possibility to reconnect it again.
Limoges is only 35mins drive away. The village of Nexon about 7mins and Bussiere Galant about the same distance. There is a stock of fish in the lake, but to what extent we really cannot say. The lakes have not been fished for many years.
The total plot is 2.2ha (about 5.2acres), is easily accessible and very beautiful.
