This villa is in fact downtown Capbreton. It is 5mins. from the railway station and from the beach, 10 mins. from the autoroute A63, 30 mins. from Biarritz and its airport, 2 hours from Bordeaux, 1 hour from Spain and 2 hours from the ski slopes. A really good situation for this pretty villa !
