LES CLOCHES is a one bedroom cottage all on one level set in a peaceful location with beautiful views to rolling countryside.  It is in the Perigord/Limousin national park (an area of natural beauty), within walking distance of the village of La Coquille which has all amenities.  There is a 12m x 6m swimming pool with surrounding terrace and lawn.

Les Cloches is one of the few properties aimed at couples for a peaceful break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.  It has a fitted kitchen, living/dining room with TV/Video, CD/Cassette player and plenty of videos, CDs and books for you to enjoy.  Shower room with shower, toilet and basin, 1double bedroom.  Bed linen is provided.

GARDENS

There is a large 12m x 6m swimming pool with roman steps in which you can swim whilst enjoying the beautiful views, terrace and lawn around, patio furniture and sun loungers provided.  Lovely gardens laid to lawn and shrubs.

LOCATION

It is in a small hamlet within walking distance of the village of La Coquille which has supermarket and shops, tennis courts, restaurants/bars and a local market on Thursday mornings.   The area is rich in wildlife with many deer, birds, and if you’re lucky you may even see a wild boar.   There is a large lake just 3mins walk where you can fish (you just need to purchase a holiday permit from the local tabac) or enjoy a stroll through the woods .  The market town of Thiviers is 15mins and the beautiful town of Brantome just 35mins which is also known as the Venice of the Perigord, with many excellent restaurants.

TRANSPORT

You can either get the ferry to Calais/Dunkirk and we are about 7/8hrs drive, Train to La Coquille or fly to Limoges which is only 40mins and has flights to Stansted, Northampton, Liverpool and Southampton. See Ryanair's Website or Flybe's website for more details.
