These terms are a legal agreement between us and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Site.

2. AGENTS, OWNERS, SUBSCRIBERS AND ALL ADEVERTISERS

The Site offers facilities to registered Agents and Owners enabling them to upload property details and associated photos limited to the  specific product selected at registration. We reserve the right to remove, modify and edit any materials submitted. In no event shall we be liable to you for any direct or indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue ot goodwill arising from your use of the site, or information on the site. We also reserve the right to terminate any account without notice.

Cancellation of subscriptions can be made at any time, however, part months are charged in full. You will not be charged during trial periods however, payments will automatically start after your trial period has ended. If you do not want to continue your subscription beyond your trial period, you (the buyer) must cancel your subscription before your free trial ends. You will not be notified that your free trial is ending and payments will automatically commence after your trial ends until your subscription is cancelled.

You are liable for any information and material that are published through your user login. You are also responsible for maintaining accuracy and currency of materials and information published through your login.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Findaplace4u.com presents photos and details of properties supplied and uploaded individually by the owners and / or their agents. We rarely visit individual properties and therefore can not guarantee or confirm the accuracy of information displayed. We do encourage and rely on the owners and agents to update or correct information on the web site. All enquiries and subsequent bookings are made directly between you and the owner / agent. If you believe any information on the Site to be inaccurate, please let us know and we will investigate and correct where appropriate as soon as practicable. However, it is your responsibility to make relevant enquiries with the owners or their agents before renting (or buying) any of the properties.

Although we hope this Site will be of use and interest to you, we accept no liability and offer no warranties in relation to it and its content to the fullest extent that such liability can be excluded by law.

4. COPYRIGHT
The Site contains copyright material, trade names and other proprietary information, including, but not limited to, text, software, photos, graphics. The entire contents of the Site are protected by copyright law or the database right. The place of performance shall be England.
